The Guided City Tours are in Dutch or English or bilingual.
20% of the invoice needs to be paid 10 workdays after the booking is made.
80% of the remaining invoice needs to be paid within 7 workdays before the event date.

Check in at the start location at 10 minutes before departure.
Due to the changing Dutch weather, it is important to make sure to be well equipped against rain and wind and to be wearing proper foot-gear for a walk.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations more than 14 work days before the event date costs 50% the total invoice.
Cancellation between 13 workdays and 48 hours prior to the event date costs 80% of the total invoice.
Cancellation less than 48 hours prior to departure date costs 100% of total invoice.
No show: no restitution
