Bridge To Liberation Experience Arnhem

Bridge To Liberation Experience

September 13th till Sunday 18th we remember the ones who fought for us during WW2, and/or gave their lives for us. This year we can celebrate our 70 years of freedom. After the war was over in ’44, there was not much left of Arnhem. The whole city had to evacuate and people returned in ’45 to a city still very much in ruins, but tried to make the most of it and return to “normal life”.

This week in September there are loads of activities concerning veterans, WW2/Battle of Arnhem and learning about this part of Arnhem history.
